Prepares products for display and sale according to defined specifications and recipes;
Cuts fruits and vegetables, measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials;
Forms food items into defined shapes and sizes; labels, dates, covers, and rotates prepared product;
Bakes, cooks, or otherwise prepares product; ensures product meets Whole Foods Market guidelines for quality and preparation;
Keeps merchandising areas, walk-ins, freezers, and food preparation areas clean and sanitary; maintains sweep logs;
Provides excellent customer service and assists with counter service when required;
Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising products
