Prepare deli and bakery items according to customer requests using bakery equipment;
Offer product samples to help customers discover items;
Inform customers of bakery/deli specials;
Provide customers with fresh products and correct portions to prevent shrink;
Recommend deli or bakery items to ensure customers get what they want;
Use bakery equipment and proper temperatures according to guidelines;
Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise;
Maintain temperatures in cases and coolers and keep logs;
Answer customer questions and provide product knowledge and suggestions;
Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures
