Store Lead

glassybaby LLC seeks a Store Lead with Events to oversee daily retail operations while driving community-focused events. In this role, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect our handcrafted, philanthropic brand. You'll coordinate and host in-store and off-site events, manage scheduling, train staff, and maintain merchandising and inventory standards. The Store Lead partners closely with marketing and leadership to grow sales, deepen community relationships, and support glassybaby's mission of light, healing, and giving back through charitable donations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience aligned with glassybaby's mission
• Coordinate, host, and support in-store and off-site events to drive brand awareness and sales
• Train, schedule, and coach store team members in service standards, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to company policies
• Maintain inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, and product displays that highlight craftsmanship
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on local community, philanthropic, and promotional events
• Track store and event performance metrics and report results to management
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
• Support e-commerce fulfillment or special orders originating from the store
• Build strong community relationships that reflect glassybaby's philanthropic values
