Overview

Samsung is hiring a full‑time Retail Street Team member as part of its Field Sales Team. The role focuses on brand advocacy, merchandising excellence, product training, and improving the shopper experience across multiple retail channels in the Seattle, WA area.

Full‑time, Tuesday‑Saturday, store hours.

• Act as a brand ambassador; maintain a professional image and product expertise.
• Develop and maintain an efficient schedule to optimize productivity and ensure timely visits.
• Adhere to store visit protocols and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel and enhance territory coverage.
• Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring compliance with brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Demon state all Samsung mobile products and ecosystem features to customers.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to support high‑touch locations and align brand standards.
• Drive field event execution, customer engagement, and execution of strategic priorities.

• 4+ years of experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
• Reliable transportation and minimum liability auto insurance coverage.
• Daily travel required, up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Residence within the assigned territory or within 5 miles of the outermost store.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.
