• Provide excellent service to clients at Banya 5’s standards
• Handle and diffuse client issues professionally
• Check in and check out clients of facility
• Book and coordinate spa appointments
• Neatly stock towels throughout the shift
• Describe services and facility
• Encourage clients to upgrade services and purchase retail items
• Process payments in the POS software
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Lobby to be clean and organized
• Floors to be kept clean and free of debris
• Outside Entry to be clean and swept when needed
• Follow daily task lists
• Retail shelves to be dusted and organized
• Replenish printed materials as needed

• Greet clients as they enter the Banya

Front Desk Associates are paid hourly. Starting wage varies, based on previous experience.
