Director of Business Development – Data, Cloud & AI Services
We’re looking for a proven sales leader with a pure hunter mentality to help accelerate growth across our data, cloud, and AI services business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex sales cycles, knows how to read the room, gets to the point, and can both sell and lead
.
You’ll work closely with executive clients, internal leadership, and strategic partners—especially Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft
—to build and close high-impact opportunities while shaping our go-to-market strategy.
Pay: $,000K
OTE: $,000K+
Location: Remotely out of Washington(Seattle Preferred)
What You’ll Do- Drive innovative sales and proposal strategies in partnership with market leadership, owning account planning, forecasting, and execution
- Build and nurture executive-level client relationships while initiating, leading, and negotiating strategic opportunities with new and existing clients
- Create and cultivate new opportunities through consultant networks, partner ecosystems, and targeted marketing events
- Serve as a recognized sales authority and player/coach, mentoring and developing sales, account, and alliance team members
- Develop deep expertise in our solutions to create early-stage opportunities and guide deals through the full sales lifecycle
- Advise pursuit teams and help craft differentiated, high-value solutions that maximize customer outcomes
- Collaborate closely with alliance partners—
Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft
—to drive joint pursuits and strengthen market positioning - Build your personal and professional brand internally and externally through networking, presentations, and industry engagement
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients, partners, and procurement teams to generate interest and grow a robust pipeline
- Travel up to 30% for client meetings, conferences, partner events, and industry engagements
- Proven experience selling data services
- Snowflake experience (this is a strong differentiator)
- Alliance partner selling experience (Snowflake / AWS / Microsoft)
- A true hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and create opportunities
- Strong executive presence—able to read the room and get to the point
- 10+ years of experience generating $10M+ in services revenue
, operating as a player/coach - Deep experience selling into Financial Services and Manufacturing clients
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Passion for building a culture of learning, collaboration, and teaming
- Strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and a collaborative coaching mindset
