** SUMMARY
* * The Field Service Representative is responsible for obtaining new potential business and partnering with the sales team.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** To Identify by cold calling on New Potential Business in Territory.
* To communicate all potential leads to supervisor and Account Executive(s).
* Maintaining and building relationships with current and new accounts.
* Servicing current and new accounts by visiting on a monthly basis.
* Laboratory intermediary and Physician Office Champion.
* In-Service New Accounts.
* Travel overnight as needed.
* Weekly written progress reports sent to Account Executive and Sales Director.
* Participation in Pain Management bi-weekly sales call and sales meetings.
* Monthly planning meetings with Account Executive, Regional Manager and Sales Director to review strategy and processes.
* Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*** 1 year of sales customer service or account management experience.
** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
*** Account Management experience highly desired.
* Medical Sales experience highly desired.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Strong time management skills.
* Proficiency in a variety of computer programs and applications.
* Experience in outside sales desired.

* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

** S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
