Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington
. As the Inside Sales Representative you will support our Outside Sales team, manage inbound opportunities, and actively drive rental and equipment transactions.
- Acting as a key partner to Outside Sales Representatives by managing quotes, follow-ups, and customer requests
- Responding quickly to inbound rental and sales inquiries
- Proactively following up on open opportunities to move deals forward
- Matching customer needs with available fleet and inventory of new and used equipment
- Maintaining margin discipline while delivering competitive solutions
- Maintaining accurate CRM activity, opportunity stages, and customer notes
- Tracking active quotes and ensuring timely follow-up; re-engaging past customers and warm leads to generate repeat business
- Working closely with outside sales reps, operations, service, and parts teams
- Ensuring smooth handoffs from quote to delivery
- Helping prioritize inventory and fleet availability based on customer demand
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Experience in construction, equipment rental, or industrial sales is a strong asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working within CRM systems and sales processes
- A team-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability

The base pay range for this role is: $40,000 annually, with uncapped commission. Total on target earnings is estimated at approximately $100,000 in year one.
This is an onsite role based in Seattle, Washington
