Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest

• Own and develop sales for the Pacific Northwest territory - WA / OR /  / North CA
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in collaboration with management
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with distributors and key end-users
• Prospect new end-users and report opportunities on a regular basis
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Work closely with distributor sales teams (ride-alongs, product presentations, samples, programs, and promotions)
• Manage distributor product portfolios (sales performance vs. prior year, SKU rationalization, minimum sales thresholds)
• Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, marketing) to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues, handle complaints, and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting in the Net Suite CRM

• Proven experience in sales management or account management, ideally in food service or distribution
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working with distributors and end-users
• Organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities
• CRM experience required (Net Suite a plus)
