We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented
Commercial Truck Rental Sales Representative to drive business growth in our Western Washington territory. In this role, you manage a territory of B2B accounts, helping businesses with their transportation strategy and providing the equipment they need to stay operational.
You will manage the full sales cycleto negotiating long-term contracts and providing post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze customer transportation needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize their fleet operations.
- Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and maximize revenue.
- Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare accurate estimateswhile managing a consistent sales pipeline.
- Market Insight: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to effectively position our rental products.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of B2
Bexperience; prior experience in transportation, leasing, or heavy equipment is preferred. - Skills: Proficiency in using a CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing in and out of large trucksand working in various weather conditions.
- Competitive Compensation: Average annual pay for this role ranges $60,000 to over $100,000for top performers.
