Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Seattle, WA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales through inbound and outbound calls, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering superior customer service. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending HVACR solutions, preparing quotes, and processing orders. The role also involves tracking customer interactions in the system, collaborating with external sales teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

A successful candidate will enhance the customer experience while driving revenue growth in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact and build relationships with customers and teams
  • Experience in sales processes, client acquisition, and order management
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs through product knowledge and a consultative approach
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in the HVACR or relevant industries is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in Sales, Business, or a related field
