Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Corporate - B2C/Technology Sales team, based in the US. This hybrid position offers excellent benefits, flexibility, and ample growth opportunities. You will drive new business revenue, expand market share, and establish strong relationships with key decision makers within the industry.
You are an experienced senior sales professional with a deep understanding of the business-to-business industry operating with Fortune 2000 companies. Your networking and field sales techniques enable you to identify and capitalize on potential revenue opportunities. You focus on relationship development, commercial frameworks, and client negotiations to consistently exceed revenue goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Develop new business revenue streams by leveraging proven experience and business development skills.
- Engage at the highest decision-making level to position Getty Images as the value provider of content across all products and services.
- Cultivate and increase new business revenue, maximize share of wallet and client penetration by identifying key influencers and decision makers.
- Identify potential revenue opportunities through networking techniques and proactively bring creative solutions to fruition.
- Be proactive, well organized, and motivated to see major accounts grow.
- Persuade and engage new clients about opportunities, helping them realize potential across multiple products.
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with big organizations, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Take new ideas and new ways of working to extend influence within a client’s organization.
- Set a best-in-class approach to seeking out new opportunities across core targets.
- Surprise and delight customers and colleagues with a proactive and creative approach to challenges and requests.
- Lend support and mentorship to Field Sales Executives with less experience and be a resource for others in the Sales organization.
- Execute deals that advance new products/services and drive key initiatives through new ways to leverage those products/initiatives.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Sell in a systematic, process-driven way.
- Currently hold (or have held in the last 5 years) an outbound individual contributor sales role.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding new business revenue attainment or related KPIs with concrete examples.
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system and Salesforce Engage/Outreach/Linked In Sales Navigator or equivalent tools.
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication, including via web conferencing.
- Well-developed time management and organization skills to focus on top priorities and productive outcomes.
- Proactive with persistent follow-up to close business.
- Commercially aware and data-numeric; proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
- Skilled networker able to engage senior and C-suite contacts; collaborates effectively with internal SMEs and cross-functional teams.
- At least 10 years of sales/business development experience in a SaaS or consumer goods environment is preferred.
- Ability to quickly acquire or develop industry knowledge, trends, and the competitive landscape.

Sales roles are compensated based on qualifications, skills, and other factors. The starting base pay range for this position can be broad, typically from $100,000–$130,000 USD. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range.
