Salary Range: $85,000.00 – $ per year

• 2+ years of sales experience required to provide a strong foundation for success.
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide the training and structure to help you grow quickly and confidently.
• Some college experience preferred, but not required.

• Meet with prospects over the phone and advise them on their property and casualty insurance needs.
• Help people protect what matters most through appropriate coverage solutions.
• Build a strong, long‑term career with opportunities for continued growth and professional development.
• Hit daily and monthly sales metrics consistently.
• Manage pipeline and follow up with prospects for long‑term success.
