Job Description:
A Leader focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals.
Responsible for revenue growth within new and existing accounts in Seattle, WA region in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) sector. The Leader will have deep knowledge of the QSR domain that enables meeting aggressive growth goals by proactively uncovering opportunities.
The successful candidate will have deep experience in managing customer experience across services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives. - Account Management:
Manage client accounts, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement. - Strategic Guidance:
Provide clients with strategic advice on industry trends, best practices, and potential solutions to meet their challenges. - Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses. - Opportunity Identification:
Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling services. - Sales and Negotiation:
Participate in sales processes, negotiate contracts, and manage client contracts effectively. - Feedback and Reporting:
Monitor and report on client feedback to ensure continuous improvement in services and client satisfaction. - Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or concerns before they escalate, working with internal teams to implement solutions. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure a seamless client experience. - Performance Management:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts and work towards achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels, communicate effectively, and present complex information clearly. - Strong Problem-Solving

Capacity to identify and resolve client issues, and develop innovative solutions. Analytical

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client goals. - Account Management

Experience in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Sales and Negotiation
Skills:
Experience in sales, contract negotiations, and building new business opportunities. Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of the client's industry, trends, and competitive landscape.
Bachelors Degree (Business Administration preferred), Masters Degree (Good to have)

Salary Range: $177,870-$245,630 a year
