Sales Lead – Integrated Portfolio Solutions (IPS) is a sales position focused on driving revenue growth for the IPS platform, targeting middle‑market and mid‑cap clients. The candidate will lead pursuit teams, comprising Business Line Leaders, Brokerage Leaders, Service Line SMEs, and marketing/support staff, leveraging structured sales processes and tools. Strategic problem‑solving and credibility in the Commercial Real Estate community are essential to inspire confidence and trust among clients.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Lead business development, client development, and client relationship management for IPS Business Lines.
- Create systematic target lists based on Total Addressable Market, geographic location, and team expertise.
- Prioritize prospects using tiering methodology and partner with Sales Enablement to define pursuit strategy.
- Oversee target distribution, collaborating with Broker Leads and Industry Leads to identify the best team on the field.
- Develop effective sales strategies—identifying client needs, aligning to pain points, and determining appropriate solutions and pricing.
- Communicate how our products and services address current and future client needs, including digital offerings.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the competitive environment and how workplace trends and technology shape client demands.
- Generate multi‑service business opportunities with Brokers across various markets.
- Coordinate pursuit activities—cross‑business line resources to create proposals, presentations, and RFP materials.
- Lead local and national new‑business pursuits for IPS and Work Dynamics leadership teams.
- Proactively anticipate deal‑level challenges and roadblocks using past experience, customer feedback, and peer perspectives.
- Assess market trends, diagnose root causes of commercial challenges, and identify potential risks for sales processes.
- Dynamic leader who can establish credibility and build trust and rapport during the sales process.

- MBA or MCR.
Hybrid role
; open to any location on the West Coast with proximity to a JLL office.

Estimated compensation: – USD per year. This range is an estimate; final compensation depends on qualifications, location, market, and internal considerations.
