Sales Representative, Major Accounts
In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.

- Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans – Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Deepen Relationships – In addition to selling cloud‑based human resources solutions, strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate Daily – Serve as a trusted advisor, partner and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Proven sales track record with a history of closing sales, winning clients, and managing territories.
- Positive self‑starter – Upbeat, persistent style with ability to cold‑call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in‑person, on paper, and over the phone.

- A college degree is great but not required. Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience or three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform or software sales. Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building skills is also valued.

Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills and experience. Compensation for this role in Washington is $43,300 – $93,900 per year. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
