Overview

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. This position is 100% in office (not remote) and is part of our growing Virtual Sales Team in Bothell.

How You'll Shine
  • Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
  • Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training.
Compensation

Base pay: $17.13 per hour during the initial training period.
Incentives ranging from 2.0% to 14.5% per commissionable dollar sold. Incentive earnings are paid weekly and monthly.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of previous commission‑based sales experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Passion to support our company mission to put the world on vacation.
  • Internal drive to exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to overcome objections.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a goal‑ and performance‑based environment.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License.
