Business Development Representative
Bath Center – Seattle, WA

We’re looking for sharp, driven people to join our team and grow with us.
We’re hiring Business Development Representatives who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships, and want to increase their earnings through performance-based bonuses and commissions. Your income grows with your performance.
Compensation- Average earnings: $55,000–$70,000 per year
, including hourly base pay plus commission - Top performers earn $75,000–$80,000 annually
- Guaranteed base pay of $20/hour, roughly $42,000 annually
- Performance-based commission structure with strong earning potential
- Rapid advancement opportunities for high performers
- Proactively reach out to homeowners and prospects to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set high-quality in-home design consultations
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and referral partners
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and convert opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and strong close rates
- Track activity and performance in CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment goals
- Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
- Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, texts, follow-ups)
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems - Prior sales; business development; or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong earning potential with uncapped commission structure
