Business Development Representative

Bath Center – Seattle, WA

Bath Center is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We’re looking for sharp, driven people to join our team and grow with us.

We’re hiring Business Development Representatives who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships, and want to increase their earnings through performance-based bonuses and commissions. Your income grows with your performance.

Compensation
  • Average earnings: $55,000–$70,000 per year
    , including hourly base pay plus commission
  • Top performers earn $75,000–$80,000 annually
  • Guaranteed base pay of $20/hour, roughly $42,000 annually
  • Performance-based commission structure with strong earning potential
  • Rapid advancement opportunities for high performers
What You’ll Do
  • Proactively reach out to homeowners and prospects to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set high-quality in-home design consultations
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and referral partners
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and convert opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and strong close rates
  • Track activity and performance in CRM systems and maintain accurate records
  • Hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
  • Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, texts, follow-ups)
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings

    Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Prior sales; business development; or customer-facing experience preferred
