What You'll Do
  • Accurately estimate exterior home projects.
  • Meet with homeowners in scheduled in-home sales appointments.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through integrity and expertise.
  • Manage your sales pipeline.
  • Work independently while maintaining professional communication with customers and our office.
What You Bring
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (industry experience can be taught).
  • Ability to own a pipeline and successfully move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful.
  • Excellent communication skills—our sales process is consultative and relationship-driven.
  • Disciplined work ethic—success comes from determination and hard work.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
