Coaches today are looking for relationship-focused representatives who can provide real solutions for their programs — from fundraising and apparel to communication and team management. Blast Athletics supplies the tools, technology, and support. We’re looking for motivated sales reps to bring Blast to their local communities.

• Sponsor updates and engagement tools
• Team and fan gear stores (eCommerce)
• Spirit packs and bulk decorated apparel
• Custom uniforms through our partnership with Legends Team Division
• Payment processing and team management tools
• Team websites and mobile app solutions

Unlike many competitors, Blast representatives earn commission across multiple product categories, creating significantly greater earning potential.

As a Blast Athletics Sales Representative, you will build and maintain relationships within your territory by connecting with coaches, athletic directors, booster clubs, and school administrators. Your goal is to become a trusted resource by providing solutions that help programs save time, raise money, and streamline operations.

• Prospect new business through in-person visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with coaches and athletic decision-makers
• Educate programs on the Blast Athletics platform and product offerings
• Assist teams with launching successful fundraising campaigns
  
  Provide ongoing customer support and relationship management
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-through with clients

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with a variety of personalities
• Positive attitude and adaptable mindset
• Comfortable using smartphones and technology platforms
• Experience using CRM systems preferred
• Passion for sports and helping teams succeed is a plus

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.
