Location: Seattle, Washington / Remote (for candidates with experience in finance and fintech)

We've built an AI platform for finance and investment professionals that integrates with critical applications to create a unified intelligence layer. Our platform serves as the central nervous system for financial organizations, connecting disparate systems and workflows through a sophisticated AI layer.

Our tech empowers financial professionals to achieve unprecedented efficiency through AI agents and automation workflows, fundamentally transforming how financial organizations operate today. We've solved some of the most complex problems applying AI to finance - precision and accuracy, which are non-negotiable in this industry.

We're a seed-stage company funded by Madrona Venture Group. We work with some of the world's largest asset managers. We are a small team with deep expertise in finance and technology. Our team brings decades of financial industry experience and has previously built fintech companies acquired by Nasdaq and ADP.

The Role

As our first go-to-market hire, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of our sales function from the ground up. You'll be responsible for building our top-of-funnel and creating a predictable flow of qualified opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow into a full-cycle AE or sales leadership position over time. You'll work directly with our founder/CEO to help establish our sales processes and contribute meaningfully to our broader go-to-market strategy — with high visibility, autonomy, and a clear path for advancement as the company scales.

You'll design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies to reach key decision-makers at allocators, asset owners, and wealth managers. Your mission is to identify, research, and engage investment, operations and technology leaders at target organizations including CIO, CTO and COO. You'll build creative approaches to connect with prospects through industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

You'll also collaborate on content strategy initiatives including Linked In presence, blog content, and newsletter development to build awareness and generate inbound interest. Working directly with the founder, you'll help establish our sales processes and contribute to shaping our go-to-market approach.

What we're looking for

Experience:

Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation

Experience with multi-channel outbound strategies (email, Linked In, phone, personalized outreach)

Ability to engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers

Strong research skills and ability to craft compelling, personalized messaging

Nice-to-Have:

Previous experience selling to or working with financial institutions

Understanding of institutional investment processes and industry pain points

Experience identifying and leveraging industry events and conferences

Background working with allocators, asset owners, and wealth managers specifically

While financial services experience is strongly preferred, we're open to exceptional BDR candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability and genuine interest in the finance and investment world.
