Retail Sales, Sales Representative
Position Summary
Develop and establish a strong restaurant customer base to sell products on a recurring, regular basis. Continue to seek out new customer partnerships to increase sales within the King, Pierce, Whatcom, Skagit, Kitsap, Thurston, and Snohomish County areas. This role may involve frequent communication with Korean‑speaking customers and vendors; bilingual proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.
Responsibilities- Call customers on a regular basis to establish a good working relationship, enhance sales and satisfy customers’ need to gain future sales.
- Maximize market share by maintaining current customer base and gaining new customers by providing excellent sales service.
- Gather information from clients to comprehend market demand and market conditions, and use this advantage for potential sales.
- Check accounts receivable statements bi‑monthly to monitor any customers’ past‑due invoices.
- Discuss with the sales staff the necessity to visit past‑due accounts or work out a schedule of payments with customers to prevent further indebtedness and allow them to continue to order.
- Constantly be aware of “critical” items to anticipate shortage of merchandise.
- Build strong and positive relationships with each customer to enhance sales and keep the business growing.
- Resolve customer complaints and/or problems in a timely manner. Consult management if necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Starting Pay: $26.24/hr., Depending on Experience
Pay Range: $26.24 – $38.05/hr.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent plus 3‑4 years of experience in area of specialization.
- Knowledge of Asian products preferred. Asian language proficiency is a plus.
- Restaurant management, marketing and sales experience preferred.
