- Explore new business opportunities! Discover and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits

- Conduct building surveys, present proposals, and finalize sales by addressing client needs and any objections.
- Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
- Stay ahead of the game—carry out competitive analysis and keep up‑to‑date with developments in the facility maintenance sector.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools to monitor and follow up on leads.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and service delivery for new clients.
- Act as a representative for City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.

- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in outside sales).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
—you know how to connect with decision‑makers. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Salary $65,000-$70,000
