Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Washington. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and sales skills who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve companys sales goals
• Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products services
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products services to clients

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
