Salary: USD 120,000 – 150,000 per annum + 3% commission.

This is an opportunity to join a fast‑growing organisation operating across IT asset disposition, refurbishment, resale, data sanitisation, and electronics recycling services. The company has significant investment behind it and ambitious expansion plans across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We are looking for someone who can help accelerate growth across both inbound asset acquisition and outbound resale channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ITAD or e‑waste sector (ideally with good R2v3 knowledge), including resale, refurbishment, and commodity recovery processes. They will be commercially driven, relationship‑focused, and excited by the opportunity to help build scalable sales operations within a rapidly evolving business.
THE ROLE:- Drive new business growth across ITAD, e‑waste, refurbishment, and electronics resale markets through proactive business development and relationship building.
- Develop partnerships with schools, healthcare organisations, ITAD providers, enterprise customers, and downstream recycling or resale partners.
- Generate revenue across both inbound material acquisition and outbound resale opportunities, including refurbished hardware and commodity recovery.
- Work closely with leadership and operations teams to support expansion into new territories, improve sales processes, and identify long‑term growth opportunities.
- Experience with in ITAD, electronics recycling, refurbished hardware, wholesale technology, or related circular economy industries.
- Understanding of R2v3 standards, data sanitisation, refurbishment, resale, or asset recovery processes.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business and build relationships independently.
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working within a growing business environment where processes and infrastructure are actively evolving.
