Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week

Duration: Summer 2026 Internship (8-10 weeks)

Aqua Star (USA), Corp. is a privately owned seafood company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. We are a global sales, marketing, and distribution company specializing in frozen seafood. Aqua Star sources, imports, and distributes products to food service customers (including restaurant chains and seafood distributors) and retail customers (food retailers, wholesalers, & club warehouses) across the United States and Canada.

Internship Overview

The Sales Support Intern will support our Sales Support team with day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks. This internship is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to order processing, customer support, and internal sales operations in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented office environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with both Food service Sales and Retail Sales teams
  • Assist with order entry and administrative support for the sales teams
  • Support sample coordination, including tracking, preparing, and shipping samples
  • Enter and maintain accurate data related to orders and samples
  • Help monitor and manage a shared customer feedback inbox
  • Provide general office and project support as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a college degree (business, supply chain, communications, or related field preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Professional communication skills and a positive, “can do” attitude
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Ability to work in the Seattle office consistently during the internship period
  • Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful, but not required.
