Beverage Sales Representative

COUNTERMEASURES partners with top beverage brands to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency. Our services include providing Shared Sales Representatives, National Accounts support, New Market Expansion, and Retail Marketing. By working closely with our partners, we help them save time, expand their reach, and achieve scalable results.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shared Sales Specialist located in Seattle, WA. The Shared Sales Specialist will represent 4 supplier partners. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced selling environment. Candidates must have a background in beverage sales or the hospitality industry, with a strong market knowledge of regional accounts and wholesaler management.

• Representing four supplier partners and selling products into retail accounts
• Sampling and tasting events
• Wholesaler interaction and management
• Use of Encompass to track sales achievements and account level detail in real time
• Submitting Supplier Recaps weekly

• 3-5 years of Beverage Sales Experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 1-3 Years Experience
• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
• Experienced with On & Off-Premise Beverage sales
• Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals
• Expert knowledge of the greater Seattle, WA market
• Experience with CRM software, Encompass Preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
