TERRITORY MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
  • Represent Athletic Brewing's values and mission in the territory.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with distributors, key retail buyers, and other brand partners, including sales launch presentations, work‑shop events, and samplings at key accounts.
  • Drive personal vehicle throughout the market, visiting accounts 5 days per week to obtain and increase business and execute displays within the designated territory. Minimum 36 hours in trade time per week.
  • Log a minimum of 450 VIP KARMA survey account interactions at retail (e.g., grocery stores, convenience, drug, bars, restaurants).
  • Execute visits at priority accounts list from manager.
  • Record surveys in VIP KRAMA with photos for every visit.
  • Conduct 6 sampling events every 90 days.
  • Complete standard survey and commitment tracker for all surveyed accounts while onsite.
  • Recap visits weekly to distributors with actionable items to add products or displays.
  • Perform samplings, activations, and attend events.
  • Drive sales volume and distribution in the territory by identifying new opportunities, actively selling, and motivating distributor sales teams to prioritize the brand in their portfolio.
  • Visit new and existing retail opportunities on a regular basis — both traditional and non‑traditional for our innovative segment, on‑and‑off premise.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

  • Personal curiosity in improving systems.

  • Must live or be willing to relocate to the territory.
  • Available to work nights and weekends from time to time.
Skills & Experience
  • 4‑year college degree.
  • Beverage/restaurant industry experience valued.
  • Cicerone level 1 completion valued.
  • Strong market selling skills.
  • Clean driving record.
Job Details
  • Location:

    Must reside within reasonable commutable distance from Seattle, WA.
  • Base Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus:
    Eligible for an annual sales bonus of up to 10% of base pay and a quarterly PFP bonus of $10,000 annually.
  • Vehicle:
    Driving essential. Use personal vehicle throughout the market 5 days a week. Eligible for vehicle reimbursement program.
