Major Accounts Sales Representative

What you'll do:

• Sell human resources technology in a designated territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around HCM initiatives for companies with 50‑999 employees.
• Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast the sales pipeline.
• Document and manage multiple sales cycles from prospecting through implementation until the new business is up and running.
• Collaborate with internal partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
• Positive self‑starter with the ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly.
• Confident and fearless, embracing opportunities and taking risks.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly.

• A college degree is great but not required. Desired experience includes:
  • 2+ years quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
  • Military experience is valued.

Base salary offers may vary by location, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary range: USD $44,800.00 – USD $97,200.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements.
