Part‑Time Opportunity – Seattle Metro
$5,000–$5,500/month total compensation, including mileage reimbursement and performance bonuses.
About WSCAThe Washington State Chiropractic Association (WSCA) advocates for chiropractic care, supports members with resources and community, and works to grow the profession’s influence. Recent outreach efforts have already increased membership from ~35% to over 39% of licensed chiropractors in the state – and we’re just getting started.
The RoleThis is a boots‑on‑the‑ground outreach position. You will be the face of WSCA to chiropractic offices across the Seattle Metro area, building relationships with doctors, presenting membership value, and converting interest into active membership. Success in the first 90 days opens the door to an expanded, long‑term role with statewide reach.
Our Goals- Establish WSCA as the #1 State Chiropractic Association in the U.S. by the 2027 Spring Convention
- Grow membership to 50%+ of licensed WA chiropractors by the 2027 Fall Convention
- Reach 75% professional participation within 3 years
- Conduct in‑person visits to chiropractic offices throughout the Seattle Metro area
- Build authentic association‑to‑doctor relationships and present the value of WSCA membership
- Recruit new members, reactivate lapsed members, and retain current ones
- Target a minimum of 20 office contacts per day / 100 per week
- Represent WSCA at conventions and regional events, converting attendees to members
- Coordinate follow‑up after events to maximize conversion rates
- Track and report event conversion metrics
- Manage all outreach activity in Go High Level CRM
- Submit daily end‑of‑day reports (offices visited, contacts made, follow‑ups, new members)
- Submit weekly summaries and territory planning updates
- Maintain an accurate membership pipeline
Your schedule is structured for maximum productivity in the field:
9:00 AM–1:00 PM Field outreach: office visits, membership conversations, relationship building
1:00–1:30 PM CRM update: log notes, update contacts, send immediate follow‑ups
3:30–4:00 PM End‑of‑day report: log visits, contacts, mileage, and new memberships initiated
Compensation & BonusesBase: $4,000/month.
Performance bonus: $250 for every 10 new members in a month, then $250 for every 5 additional. 1st‑year licensee type members are capped at 20% of bonus‑eligible signups, as they are not revenue‑generating memberships.
Estimated total monthly compensation: $5,000–$5,500.

- Works under the strategic direction of the WSCA Membership Committee
