USA, Washington, Seattle — Hybrid office – Must be located in the greater area or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage CXO‑level customers and software developers/IT architects strategically.
  • Develop and execute territory coverage plan to consistently deliver quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue and increase market share in assigned accounts.
  • Manage multiple accounts concurrently and strategically.
  • Create compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well‑developed sales engagements and go‑to‑market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
A day in the life

As a Commercial Account Manager at AWS, you will shape the growth of emerging technologies by driving revenue, adoption, and market saturation in mid‑ and small‑market accounts. Early and continued cloud adoption is critical for enabling customers to innovate at scale.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
  • Experience driving new business with net new and existing customers, engaging at C‑suite level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $92,400 – $160,000 annually (Seattle, WA). Compensation includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and other comprehensive health plans.
