Attic Projects is a rapidly growing home improvement company providing comprehensive solutions for attics, crawl spaces, HVAC systems, and roofing. We operate six branches across several California counties and are expanding into Texas. Our focus is on building strong local teams with clear opportunities for growth and advancement.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth by building relationships, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will also manage project estimates, collaborate with crew leaders, and ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, including attics and crawl spaces, and provide creative, tailor‑made solutions.
  • Build rapport with customers and guide them through available package options using effective communication skills.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from presenting and explaining proposed solutions/quotes to successfully closing the deal.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and follow‑up needs related to sold projects.
  • Provide accurate project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with crew leaders and subcontractors, where applicable, to review ongoing projects, ensuring accurate and complete project information for seamless job operations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of in‑person sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems;
    Builder Trend preferred.
  • Physical ability and willingness to perform demanding tasks as required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Strong relationship‑building skills, active listening, and persuasive presentation ability.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with empathy and ethical selling practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Relevant construction knowledge highly preferred, but not required.
Compensation

Job Type: Full‑time (on‑site, not remote). Compensation Range:
Average between $100k and $150k, top sales can exceed $200k/year. Pay Structure:
Paid training in the first 3 months; 100% commission with bi‑weekly advances available.
