Associate Account Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate Account Manager to join our Sales organization in the Pacific NW region. The role involves partnering with Account Managers, generating new sales pipeline, and providing comprehensive support to Field Account Managers.

• Conduct lead generation calls and email campaigns with key customer influencers to generate new meetings.
• Generate new opportunities for Arista's Software-Driven Data Center, Hyper‑Scaler Cloud Networking, and Velo Cloud SD‑WAN platforms to large enterprise customers.
• Drive new attendees to marketing events and assist with planning and coordination of quarterly field marketing events.
• Provide sales operations support for Field Account Managers, including sales quotes, order submissions, and billing assistance.
• Attend sales training and shadow Senior Account Managers for career progression to a Field Territory Account Manager position.
• Keep up‑to‑date with technology partner solutions, competing solutions, and competitor strategies.

• BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent and 2‑3 years of technology sales experience.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, or Sales Associate roles.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong technical acumen in cloud, networking, virtualization, network security, compute, SaaS/IaaS, wireless, or network monitoring.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Base salary range: $70,000 to $92,000. Position eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
