We’re partnering with a growing fleet leasing company to hire a driven Account Executive ready to hunt, close, and build something from the ground up.
This is not a “maintain accounts” role — this is a true hunter position where you’ll generate your own pipeline, close new business, and build a long-term book of clients in a high-impact, growth-focused environment.
You’ll be selling tailored fleet leasing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (10–200 vehicles) across industries like construction, HVAC, and logistics.

- Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups
- Build and manage your own pipeline (Hub Spot)
- Run consultative sales processes and present tailored solutions
- Close new deals and drive revenue growth
- Build long-term client relationships (not a churn-and-burn environment)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (consultative, long-cycle)
- Proven track record of closing new business
- Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline
- Experience using CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred)
- Self-starter who can operate independently and own results
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a requirement
- Experience in fleet, automotive, or related industries
- Existing book of business
- Experience with Zoom Info
- Base: $100,000 – $115,000+
- First-Year Earnings Potential: $150,000+
- Long-term earning potential continues to grow through retained client accounts and recurring vehicle replacement cycles
- Seattle, WA
- Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office)
- Mix of field sales, client meetings, and remote work
