Sales Representative – Western Region
Full‑time
Job SummaryWe’re looking for a results‑driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top‑line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Emphasize product features to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answer questions about the products.
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up to continue relationships.
- Keep knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Use customer service skills to listen to concerns and address needs.
- Build relationships and network with a wide variety of people each day.
- Exude confidence and self‑assuredness to succeed in cold‑calling and selling.
- Communicate persuasively to convey product benefits to potential customers.
- Endurance to be on feet for long hours, travel between locations, and carry heavy products.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
- Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to leads through cold calls using email, phone, social media, and in‑person.
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the multi‑state territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Prepare management reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
- Stay abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Meet reporting deadlines with complete and thorough analysis.
- Problem‑solve, present solutions, and execute plans.
- Drive sales growth while maximizing profitability.
- Work independently as a self‑starter to drive required growth.
- Work under pressure and meet sales goals.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of aggressive growth attainment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target‑driven.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Five years of sales experience preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking at trade shows.
- Must be able to travel locally and throughout a multi‑state region.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Requires up to 75% travel and overnight stays.
