About the Role
You will play a critical part in driving market share growth and maintaining TTI’s premier product lines within The Home Depot. You’ll be at the forefront of retail strategy execution, gaining hands‑on experience in merchandising, sales analytics, and customer engagement. Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class Business‑to‑Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.
- Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell‑through.
- Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets—leveraging data analytics through Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact.
- Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
- Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to be equipped with the knowledge to work independently within your assigned market.
- Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term business partnerships.
- Effectively manage inventory levels through down‑stocking, maintaining product accessibility, and ensuring prompt reporting of all tasks and responsibilities.
- Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s relentless innovation, ensuring the timely placement of cutting‑edge products and solutions that drive growth, competitive advantage, and meet evolving market needs while adhering to safety protocols.
- Continuously improve knowledge, skills, processes, and quality in all areas of the position.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
- Must pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
- Must have a personal vehicle with reliable transportation and valid insurance listing you as the primary driver.
- Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) and occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, and air travel; capacity to transport company property.
- Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead, ascending/descending ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance if needed.
- Must be able to use hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools, and build displays.
- Ability to work nights and weekends; weekends required at different points throughout the year.
- Full‑time in a retail environment, standing for the duration of the shift (excluding breaks).
- Self‑motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Multilingual abilities preferred for specific markets.
- Formal higher education preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
- Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
- Salary: $24.04 – $25.96 per hour (Target Annual Salary $50,000 – $54,000). Overtime eligible under non‑exempt classification.
- Sales contests and incentives based on business needs.
- Vehicle allowance: $400/month (equivalent to $4,800/year, pre‑taxed).
