Position: Christie Lites - Rental Rep

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating your own leads and business opportunities
  • Building and managing your own portfolio of clients
  • Meeting with prospects and clients in person regularly
  • Developing relationships with:
    • Production Managers
    • Lighting Designers
    • Producers
    • Technical Directors
    • Production Companies
    • Venues
    • Event Agencies
    • Corporate Event Teams
    • Other entertainment and live event professionals
  • Attending productions, networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings
  • Identifying opportunities where Christie Lites can support upcoming productions and events
  • Growing existing client relationships while continuously developing new ones
What Success Looks Like

Successful Rental Reps are constantly building their network and creating opportunities.

You will not be handed a book of business.

You will be expected to:

  • Develop your own client relationships
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities
  • Create consistent face‑to‑face meetings
  • Expand your professional network
  • Grow revenue through long‑term relationship development
