Join USI Insurance Services in Seattle as an Outside Employee Benefits Sales professional. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business sales for small business clients, achieving sales goals of $80K, and developing effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of insurance sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a Life and Health insurance license. USI offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including a wellness program, paid family leave, and more.
