About the Role
AMP Sales & Marketing Solutions seeks a media sales professional to engage both new and existing clients, showcasing innovative media solutions that amplify brands and deliver measurable success. The role focuses on building relationships, closing deals, and driving impact for our partners.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Help Brands Thrive: Identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver impactful solutions across multi‑media content platforms.
- Make Connections: Persuade and build genuine partnerships, guiding clients to the right audience at the right time.
- Be A Trusted Guide: Understand unique client needs, craft tailored sales and marketing solutions, and provide expert advising throughout the customer journey.
- Shake Things Up: Bring creativity and fresh ideas, challenging the status quo to elevate the brand and drive results.
- Conquer the Media Landscape: Collaborate with a team of media sales professionals to achieve market leadership and exceptional client outcomes.
- Identify Emerging Opportunities: Anticipate market shifts, analyze data, and predict emerging trends to position clients and AMP for long‑term success.
- Proven sales ability or an unstoppable desire to learn.

A valid driver’s license, up‑to‑date insurance, and reliable transportation are required for client visits within the community.
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $60,000 – $70,000. Commission structure: 1.95% – 7.5% of earned sales. Full‑time benefits include 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending account, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
