To drive pipeline growth, the full‑time remote Business Development Associate will identify strategic relationships, partner with sales and marketing teams to implement outbound campaigns, and conduct market research for prospective clients.
Key responsibilities- Identify and develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers
- Drive pipeline growth by following up on inbound campaigns and leads
- Assist in the development of new business opportunities through prospecting and cold outreach
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of sales experience or equivalent experience
- Experience with cold outreach across multiple channels, including phone and email
- Familiarity with Dynamics and outreach tools
- Ability to understand and fulfill key performance metrics
