Account Executives help create effective environmental control and energy efficiency programs for our clients. Our ability to grow long term business relationships is accomplished by showing personal interest in our clients’ building asset strategy and proactively demonstrating how PSR’s maintenance programs yield energy savings, more productive environments, and improved asset value, consistent with our client’s objectives.

Account Executives leverage advanced prospecting skills, integrated marketing programs, and PSR’s quality reputation to identify and introduce PSR to potential clients. Our Account Executives are critical to the growth of the company and as such are supported and compensated consistent with their important role in our business.

Qualifications

The following qualifications will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants.

  • Business to business outside sales success
  • Service sales experience preferred
  • A proven track record working in a fast paced environment
  • Service oriented personality
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally as well as in writing
  • Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
  • Pride in being a business leader
  • Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Desire to learn about energy efficiency, HVAC and control system technology
  • Flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends as opportunities require
Travel and Working Conditions
  • Local travel to customer facilities. Reliable transportation is required.
  • Work in and around mechanical equipment, on ladders, and throughout commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Developing effective working relationships with a wide variety of individuals, including skilled trades, engineers, vendors, and facility executives.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range from 60k-70k DOE
  • Straight forward sales and retention incentives, with no caps. Total compensation should range between 90k to 120k first year
  • $600 monthly car allowance
