Account Executive I – AHH
Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Surgery seeks an Account Executive I – AHH to deliver surgical technologies to surgeons and healthcare professionals in Seattle, WA territory.
Job Description- Focus on growing our hemostasis and wound closure platforms.
- Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
- Be assigned a sales territory and focus on assigned physicians and hospital institutions.
- Accountable for attaining forecasted sales in assigned accounts / territory.
- Set priorities and make sound business decisions based on sales opportunities within accounts.
- Train and demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in the operating room environment.
- Manage customer questions and objections consistently with product indications and sales training methodology.
- Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner compliant with healthcare guidelines.
- Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training courses.
- Analyze market data, stay updated on market information, and perform business planning.
- Build excellent customer relations with key physicians, hospital personnel, and authorized distributors, and conduct customer education seminars as appropriate.
- Comply with safety standards and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or healthcare, with exceptional achievement of sales objectives.
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- High growth sales performance and the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan.
- Strong time‑management and planning skills.
- Hospital‑based pharmaceutical or medical device experience (operating room sales) and experience in product sales to a highly educated/high‑profile customer base.
- Experience developing new, innovative markets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Team oriented.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $65,000 – $105,225.
