We are seeking an Account Rep to increase recruitment and drive business development on our 3P sales team. In this role, you will prospect and recruit Brand Owners and Resellers, achieve sales performance metrics, and drive sustainable growth within a specific product category and seller tier. You will leverage the New Seller Guide and various tools to ensure seller success, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and maximize seller potential to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, acquire, and grow seller commitment to Selling on Amazon programs.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of sellers in your territory.
- Use metrics to guide work and uncover hidden opportunities.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and liaise with the legal team.
- Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both quantity and quality of sellers recruited.
- Utilize tools to track account information, sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to meet quarterly goals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e‑commerce industry and product offerings.
- Prioritize and complete additional projects while maintaining current book of business.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews on progress and territory health.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
- Craft compelling value propositions around the Selling on Amazon products.
- Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business.
A day in the life:
You will recruit and be the primary point of contact for companies throughout discovery and registration, develop and manage a sales pipeline of high‑value and transactional accounts, and execute strategies to secure deals that exceed acquisition and output goals.
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in e‑commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related field.
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying companies.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly the executive level.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets with a consultative, solutions‑focused approach.
- Extensive Seller Central experience.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ability to identify opportunities where generative AI can enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

Salary: $80,200.00–$ USD annually (base). Your compensation will also include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
