We're looking for a Lease Account Manager to join our leasing team at RWC Group, where you'll manage full-service lease and maintenance contracts, grow existing accounts through strategic upsells, and develop deep relationships with Pacific Northwest fleet operators.
This role combines the thrill of closing new business with the stability of account management. You'll work with established customers while also developing new customers, earning uncapped commission on both new leases and renewals. What You'll Do New Business Development- Identify and contact qualified prospects within assigned territory (Seattle, Snohomish, Skagit and surrounding Pacific Northwest markets)
- Develop targeted prospect lists; conduct facility tours and vehicle demonstrations
- Present customized lease proposals for full-service leases and contract maintenance offerings
- Negotiate terms and close deals aligned with company profitability standards
- Manage a portfolio of 30-50 assigned accounts; meet with customers quarterly to review fleet performance and identify growth opportunities
- Renew expiring leases and build cross-sell opportunities (adding units, maintenance contracts, rentals, or specialized equipment)
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers; serve as primary point of contact for account issues and requests
- Develop strategies to increase wallet share and deepen customer partnerships
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and customer activity in our CRM system
- Prepare and deliver weekly sales call summaries and monthly pipeline forecasts to your manager
- Track new unit deliveries and coordinate logistics to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Follow company credit policies; assist with collections when needed for overdue accounts
- Work closely with operations, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless contract delivery and customer support
- Provide feedback to management on competitive pricing, market trends, and customer needs
- Participate in training sessions, industry updates, and sales meetings
- Support the leasing team on special projects and business development initiatives

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Transportation preferred - 3-7 years of direct sales experience, including lease/rental sales, account management, dealership operations, or fleet management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and margin targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
- Practical knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in commercial trucking
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Valid driver's license; willingness to conduct customer site visits and product demonstrations
- Familiarity with heavy-duty truck specifications (OEM brands, chassis types, vocational configurations)
- Knowledge of lease contract structures, financing terms, and maintenance agreements
- Established network or customer base in Pacific Northwest commercial trucking market
