The OpportunityThis is a ground‑floor field sales role for someone who thrives in motion. You’ll own a territory in the Seattle area and be responsible for building a network of referral and revenue share partners from scratch. Think physicians, clinics, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations whose patients are a strong fit for Proactive Health.
This isn’t a role with a warm pipeline handed to you. You’ll generate your own. You’ll build relationships through drop‑ins, cold outreach, lunch & learns, and consistent follow‑through. And you’ll manage and grow those partner relationships over time.
The right person for this role has done something like it before in medtech, medical device, pharma, or healthtech and is ready to bring that experience into a company where your fingerprints actually show up on the business.
What You’ll Do- Own and develop the Seattle territory; build your partner pipeline from outbound to close
- Identify, cold‑call, email, drop‑in, and socially engage prospective referral and revenue share partners
- Run lunch & learns and presentations at medical facilities to educate and drive referrals from partners
- Manage and deepen partner relationships to drive consistent referral volume
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in Hub Spot (Salesforce experience also valued)
- Use sales enablement tools and outbound sequencing to drive consistent activity and pipeline coverage
- Track partner activity, referral trends, and relationship health; report regularly to sales leadership
- Bring market intelligence back to the team; you’re the eyes and ears on the ground
- 3–8 years of field sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medical device, medtech, or pharma
- Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch through outbound; cold calls, emails, drop‑ins, social
- Comfortable owning a territory independently and managing your own schedule and priorities
- Experience running group presentations, lunch & learns, or clinical education sessions
- Proficiency in Hub Spot and/or Salesforce; experience with sales enablement platforms a plus
- Strong organizational habits; you track everything and follow through without being managed
- Entrepreneurial mindset; you see ambiguity as opportunity, not a red flag
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration required
- Base salary: $70,000–$100,000 DOE
- On‑target earnings: $145,000–$175,000 with uncapped upside for top performers
