Job Summary
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. In this role you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.

- Deepen relationships across the ADP family: strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
- Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style, able to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.

- College degree is a plus but not required; acceptable experience includes two or more years of quota‑carrying outside B2B sales experience or three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or software sales, or military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building skills.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
