Regional Account Manager (Seattle, WA | Hybrid | $75K–$120K + Commission)
A fast-growing, privately held national restoration company is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Regional Account Manager to join their team. This is a high-visibility, revenue-generating role where your ability to build trust, develop accounts, and drive new business will directly impact growth.
This isn’t a transactional sales role—it’s about building partnerships with clients who need expert guidance after disasters. You’ll work closely with internal operations teams, get strong leadership support, and have real opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage insurance, commercial, industrial, and property management accounts.
- Build and execute targeted partner strategies for multiple market segments.
- Prospect, schedule, and lead sales calls via video and in person.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers to drive business opportunities.
- Manage CRM updates, client data, and sales activity tracking.
- Represent the company at trade shows, golf outings, networking events, and promotional opportunities.
- Partner with operations to ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
- Continuously generate leads and grow your territory.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Proven success building relationships with a diverse set of client stakeholders.
- A proactive networker who can identify and engage decision-makers quickly.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to overcome objections.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to set and achieve sales objectives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team-first attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed, including occasional evening networking events.
