Dive deep into customer requirements, and collaborate with the company's mid-office and back-office teams to drive iterative upgrades of service capabilities. Strengthen platform development and capital network construction to offer clients more professional and comprehensive products and services.

Build and nurture trust-based relationships with a portfolio of key clients. Thoroughly understand their critical needs and objectives. Continuously propose innovative and customized solutions to expand business cooperation and meet their evolving demands.

Collaborate closely with the company's marketing and PR teams to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation within the market. Ensure consistent maintenance of a positive brand image across all touchpoints.

Possess 3 - 5 years of experience in major account direct sales or market promotion management. Experience in cross-border e-commerce, advertising, or internet-related fields is highly desirable.

Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, with a strong capacity to thrive under pressure and remarkable resource integration capabilities. Exhibit professional negotiation skills and a high aptitude for learning. Be able to independently complete project planning, content creation, and presentations.

Exhibit a sharp market acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the overall North American business landscape.

Hold a full-time undergraduate degree or above. A master's degree or higher is preferred.
