DM Coordinator

Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons

We specialize in sourcing and reselling the most coveted closets around the world, connecting consignors and clients with exceptional finds through our signature live shopping events, curated in-store experience, and digital channels.

The DM Coordinator is a vital part of our sales team, serving as the first point of contact for customers shopping through our social media. They manage the Instagram Direct Messages sales channel, drive inbound sales, and oversee the “Fresh Finds” broadcast channel. This person creates personalized shopping experiences, builds trust with our customers, and converts conversations into sales. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for luxury resale.

• Manage the Instagram Direct Messages sales channel, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner
• Cultivate relationships with DM customers by creating wish lists and offering additional options to potential buyers
• Own the "Fresh Finds" broadcast channel as another avenue of selling, posting 15 new items daily
• Drive inbound sales through personalized recommendations and proactive follow-up
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year experience in retail
• 1+ year experience in sales and customer engagement
• Experience with live streaming platforms and direct messaging sales strategies is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, for engaging customers and collaborating with colleagues
• Comfort being on camera when needed, and professionalism in a studio environment where models change during Live Shows
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Proficiency in using and learning software applications, digital tools, and internal communication platforms relevant to the role
• Ability to work effectively in an open workspace environment and contribute positively to company culture
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and reaching

The Refind offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and industry standards for the Seattle market. The pay range for this role is $26 to $30 an hour and employees are eligible for a quarterly bonus. We are committed to fostering a fun, supportive, and engaging work environment.
