The Director of Food Service Sales is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving strategic account development and accelerating revenue growth across the food service channel in the West Region. This leader builds and executes regional sales strategies, leads a high‑performing field sales team, and manages broker partnerships to expand market share and deliver profitable growth. The role requires a commercially astute, results‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can translate market insights into actionable strategies.

Functions & Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the West Region field sales strategy aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Execute annual business plans and deliver against revenue and growth targets
  • Oversee broker network performance and optimize go‑to‑market strategies
  • Manage regional P&L, including trade spend and budget oversight
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across food service segments
  • Partner cross‑functionally to execute integrated sales strategies
  • Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team
  • Drive accountability across team systems, processes, and performance
Qualifications & Competencies
  • 5+ years of food service sales leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing a P&L and sales KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of food service channels and broker networks
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel (~50%)
